I have been a tutor at Waiariki for 25 years, starting off as a part-time tutor, teaching the National Certificate in Retail. Over the years, as family and work commitments have allowed, I have gained various business qualifications. In 2014 I was one of the first students to complete the new Masters of Management programme at Waiariki Institute of Technology.

I believe strongly in the concept of life-long learning, I have seen and experienced the benefits of committed students acquiring new knowledge, skills and confidence as they study. It is a great privilege to see students progress in their learning and careers.
