Every student who has ever been enrolled at Waiariki Institute of Technology will have the details of their academic achievements recorded in the institute's database. The official record of these achievements is called aTranscript of Academic Record. This details your entire academic history with Waiariki.

Degrees, Diplomas and Certificates

On completion of a qualification, you will be presented with an official parchment of your degree, diploma or certificate, either at a formal Graduation ceremony, or, if preferred, by mail.

A replacement parchment may be sought if your original parchment has been damaged, destroyed, stolen, or lost.

At the time of your graduation you will be presented with an official degree, diploma or certificate.

If your original parchment is damaged, destroyed, stolen, or lost, an application may be made to Waiariki to have the parchment replaced. Please download and complete the Application for Replacement Parchment (PDF 32KB)
