This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to examine and develop the principles and practice of writing fiction as applicable to a number of genres.
On successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Develop the writing process to create polished fiction;
- Analyse and apply the various principles of fiction writing at an advanced level to write fiction.
- Examine and use literary style and devices to create fiction which evokes a response in the reader.
