The aim of this course is to provide students with practice in the techniques for working in a first level system support role.
On successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Identify, prioritise, schedule and action concurrent tasks, which occur in a Help Desk environment.
- Create and update a set of documentation for a Help Desk environment.
- Analyse and describe the requirements for a Help Desk.
- Operate a Help Desk.
