Students will evaluate the application of theoretical concepts of infection prevention and control in national and international in nursing and healthcare settings.
On successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Critically explore the relevance and development of current infection prevention and control practices.
- Evaluate and apply the methods and interventions used to prevent the transmission of infectious organisms.
