Gain the knowledge and skills required to prioritise and manage guest requirements using an accommodation property management system, and to maintain a guest luggage register and the relevant security practices.
On successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Perform check-in, check-out and payment processes for guests using an accommodation property management system in accordance with establishment requirements.
- Promote and up-sell establishment facilities and services to guests.
- Complete luggage security and safety deposit practices in accordance with establishment requirements.
