The aim of this course is to provide students with knowledge and skills enabling them to analyse sales and marketing cycles within the hotel industry and to develop a strategic marketing plan and sales tactical plan.
On successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- analyse and discuss hotel target markets and product differentiation processes;
- identify and evaluate marketing methodologies and promotion within the hotel industry;
- analyse, develop and appraise a Strategic Marketing Plan; and
- analyse, develop and appraise a Sales Tactical Plan.
