The focus of this course is to provide learners with the theoretical and practical knowledge of communication practices for the development of effective professional relationships.
On successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Critically analyse communication principles for developing professional relationships.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance professional relationships.
- Critically reflect on the development of own communication practices.
