The aim of this course is to provide students with the skills and knowledge required to safely select, operation and maintain hand and power tools used within the construction industry.
On successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- read and interpret verbal, written and visual information in relation to safe and correct use of hand tools and construction process requirements; and
- demonstrate and apply knowledge of the selection, use, safe operation and maintenance of hand and power tools used within the construction industry.
