This course will provide students with the ability to enhance learning by participating in work experience.
On successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- apply concepts of positive attitudes to a business environment;
- utilise informed judgement when dealing with customer service issues; and
- interpret the legal requirements of a business environment.
