The aim of this course is to provide students with the knowledge to evaluate and apply a range of financial management and commercial strategies to assist in improving the quality of the visitor experience and the profitability of the operation.
On successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Analyse the commercial accommodation operations using a range of financial and operational models.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the internal and external service provisions.
- Use management accounting and operations knowledge and tools to aid in business decision making.
