Develop knowledge and skills required to advise guests on accommodation options and services, and to co-ordinate and process guest reservations and service requests.
On successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Explain accommodation options and services to guests including room rates, room types, loyalty programmes and promotions.
- Process accommodation reservations and maintain guest information using an accommodation property management system.
- Communicate and co-ordinate guest reservations and pre-arrival requirements to relevant staff and departments in accordance with establishment requirements.
