Course Aim

The aim of this course is to enable students to use active listening techniques to gain information and respond to information; take corrective action on customers' complaints during customer interactions; demonstrate knowledge of business performance measures relating to sales; and describe teams and team leadership.

On successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
