Course Aim

This course will provide students with the ability to enhance learning by participating in work experience.

Learning outcomes

On successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  1. apply concepts of positive attitudes to a business environment;
  2. utilise informed judgement when dealing with customer service issues; and
  3. interpret the legal requirements of a business environment.
