Course Aim

The aim of this course is to give students the ability to interact with clients/customers to provide quality customer service.

Learning outcomes

On successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  1. identify and demonstrate a high level of customer service using effective communication processes;
  2. provide tourism customers with relative tourist service information; and
  3. demonstrate appropriate verbal customer service skills.
